Ideja je bila, zašto živeti na Kosovu kada mogu da živim u Nju Jorku? Ali kada sam se vratila, shvatila sam da bih pre predavala ovde nego bilo gde drugo. Smatram da je to bila indikacija za mnoge ljude mojih godina koji su želeli da se uključe u promene koje su se dešavale nakon rata.

About Nita

Nita Luci is a cultural anthropologist from Prishtina, whose research focuses on gender, manhood, memory and violence. She completed her PhD at the University of Michigan, before returning to Kosovo to continue her research and teach. Luci is interested in the intersection of contemporary art and activism within the context of developing states. She is a co-founder of the gender studies program at the University of Prishtina, and a lecturer at RIT Kosovo.
